the past year, and expects that this new agreement will accelerate store
enrollment. “As the network has grown, we’ve negotiated
lower data collection fees on a regular basis in order to maximize earnings
for members,” continued Friedman. “Although current data
fees are at a very low level, some pharmacies may have been reluctant
to participate in the program due to the up-front data costs incurred
prior to receiving their rebate dollars. Moving data collection fees
to the back-end for stores that use an APA provider removes a potential
roadblock for membership, and we expect the network to quickly double
