Rapidly Growing Enrollment

Pharmacy First added over 600 retail pharmacies to the network during the past year, and expects that this new agreement will accelerate store enrollment. “As the network has grown, we’ve negotiated lower data collection fees on a regular basis in order to maximize earnings for members,” continued Friedman. “Although current data fees are at a very low level, some pharmacies may have been reluctant to participate in the program due to the up-front data costs incurred prior to receiving their rebate dollars. Moving data collection fees to the back-end for stores that use an APA provider removes a potential roadblock for membership, and we expect the network to quickly double in size over the
next 12 months. This paradigm shift in fee structure will be having a profound, positive impact on network participation throughout the retail pharmacy marketplace.”
