VIP Computer Systems, Inc customers quick to enroll with new Pharmacy First arrangement!VIP Computer Systems, Inc. (VIP) was quick to announce the new Pharmacy First program changes to its customers and it has resulted in a stampede of enrollments by VIP pharmacies. In just the first 30 days, VIP reports 46 newly enrolled pharmacies. Jim Hall, president of VIP attributes this success directly to the revised operating agreement between APA and Pharmacy First which eliminated the front-end transaction fees that were previously charged to program participants. The new agreement (effective 4/1/02) has eliminated front-end participation fees and has virtually eliminated any risk a store might have in participating. VIP and its pharmacy clients see this change as a tremendous opportunity for pharmacies to increase their financial well-being and stability in the market place. Interested pharmacies should contact their APA system vendor. | Back to News Page | Home |
